• Supplier: Any individual or entity providing products or services sold on the Website.
• Products and Services: Includes (a) software, (b) access codes, download links, or similar mechanisms, (c) physical products, and (d) services sold by Cert Rocket.
• Security Code: A numerical code on credit/debit cards (e.g., CVV).
• Software: Computer programs marketed through the Website.

2. Scope of Agreement

These Ts&Cs apply to all orders, offers, and services provided by Cert Rocket. They override any conflicting terms from customers or third parties unless explicitly agreed in writing by Cert Rocket.

3. Ordering and Payment

• Orders: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted upon payment confirmation or delivery of products/services.
• Payment: Payment is due immediately upon order confirmation. We accept credit/debit cards and other approved methods. Recurring payments (e.g., subscriptions) are charged at agreed intervals.
• Refunds: Refund requests for unused subscriptions may be considered but are subject to review based on account activity.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure all provided information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Safeguard your account credentials. You are responsible for orders placed using your account.
• Use products/services in compliance with applicable laws and third-party licensing terms.

5. Delivery

• Digital products/services are delivered via download links or access codes upon payment confirmation.
• Physical products are shipped to the address provided. Delivery delays due to customs, import/export restrictions, or other external factors are beyond our control.

6. Warranties and Liability

• Defective Products/Services: Customers may request repairs, replacements, or refunds for defective items. Claims must be submitted within the specified warranty period.
• Limitation of Liability: Cert Rocket is not liable for damages arising from misuse, alterations, or incompatibility of products/services. Liability for negligence is limited to foreseeable damages.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

• Subscriptions: Cancel anytime via the Member’s Area. Your account remains active until the end of the billing cycle.
• Refunds: Refund requests for unused or minimally used subscriptions may be approved at our discretion.

8. Data Protection

We process personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Customer data may be shared with suppliers or service partners, including those outside the European Economic Area, under strict security measures.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Non-US Customers: Disputes are governed by United States law, with jurisdiction in United States courts.
• US Customers: Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules. Class actions and jury trials are waived.

10. General Provisions

• Amendments: Changes to these Ts&Cs must be in writing.
• Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remaining terms remain enforceable.
• Entire Agreement: These Ts&Cs constitute the full agreement between you and Cert Rocket.
